Winter Deer

All year round I love to go see the Deer that live in and around Mt. Olive Cemetery across from the U of U stadium. There were about 15 does with one 4 point buck.
If you ever want a fun drive look along the east side of the cemetery when you are inside and you will see some. I was able to get within 7 feet from some of the does and about 12 feet from the buck. I made sure that I kept a big headstone between the deer and me.
The amazing thing was, I was more scared of them then they were of me. Jeanette does not really share my passion for animals, I hope some of you do!

Happy New Year! 2008

We always have a lot of fun with Ross, Aubrey and of course Brenna. This was our second New Years fondue party. I must admit it was a struggle keeping Jeanette up until midnight. All those who know her its not just because she is pregnant but she has always really loved her sleep. Jeanette was in bed by 12:10 am, she barely made it.
